Processing & Shipping Times
All orders — including ready-made and custom — are processed and shipped within 14 business days of order confirmation.
Custom orders may require additional time depending on design complexity. We will contact you at thebrass@patriotsupply.com or (734) 404-5886 to confirm your design details before processing begins. Your 14-day window starts once your design is approved.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Carrier
All orders ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Local Pickup
Prefer to skip the wait? Local pickup is available at no charge at our Plymouth, MI location:

Select Local Pickup at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready.

Lost or Damaged Packages
DART Patriot Supply is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- File a claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/claims.htm
- Contact us at thebrass@patriotsupply.com or (734) 404-5886 with your order details and claim information
- We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue
Custom Orders — Final Sale
All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Please review your design details carefully before submitting your order. We confirm all design details with you before printing — once production begins, changes cannot be made.
